Toimitusehdot
Formula Karting Centres International (Finland) Oy 1025048-4 (jäljempänä verkkokauppa) myy tuotteita yksityishenkilöille Suomeen. Pidätämme oikeuden toimitusehtojen ja hintojen muutoksiin. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron.

Tilaaminen
Tilattavat tuotteet valitaan kotisivuilla lisäämällä ne ostoskoriin. Tilaus lähetetään maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkokaupan kassatoiminnossa. Tehdessäsi tilauksen hyväksyt nämä toimitusehdot, tuotteiden hinnat sekä toimituskulut. Mikäli tilaushetkellä annetaan sähköpostiosoite, tilauksesta lähetetään tilausvahvistus sähköpostitse. Tilausvahvistuksesta ilmenevät tilatut tuotteet sekä hinta.
Maksaminen
Maksunvälityspalvelun toteuttajana ja maksupalveluntarjoajana toimii Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Paytrail Oyj näkyy maksun saajana tiliotteella tai korttilaskulla ja välittää maksun kauppiaalle. Paytrail Oyj:llä on maksulaitoksen toimilupa. Reklamaatiotapauksissa pyydämme ottamaan ensisijaisesti yhteyttä tuotteen toimittajaan.

Voit maksaa tilauksesi verkkokaupassa kuvatuilla ja ostoskorissa valittavissa olevilla maksutavoilla.
Toimitus
Toimitamme tilauksesi sähköpostitse ilmoittamaasi osoitteeseen. Pidäthän huolen että sähköpostiosoite on kirjoitettu oikein ja muista myös tarkistaa roskapostilaatikkosi siltä varalta että viesti ei näy 24 tunnin sisällä. Ole yhteydessä asiakaspalveluumme mikäli et ole saanut tilaamasi tuotteet sähköpostiisi 24 tunnin sisällä.
Palautukset
Verkkokaupan asiakkaalla on kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 vuorokauden vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Asiakkaalla on oikeus vaihtaa tai palauttaa osa tai kaikki tilauksen tuotteet. Palautettavat tai vaihdettavat tuotteet tulee olla alkuperäispakkauksessa ja myyntikuntoisia. Halutessasi palauttaa tai vaihtaa tuotteita, ota ensin yhteyttä verkkokauppaan ja kysy palautusohjeita. Liitäthän palautukseen mukaan nimesi, yhteystietosi sekä tilinumerosi mahdollista maksunpalautusta varten.
Tilauksen peruuttaminen, virhevastuu ja reklamaatiot
Ennen tilauksen toimitusta tilauksen voi peruuttaa kirjallisella ilmoituksella sähköpostitse (info@vmkarting.com). Vastaamme sähköpostiviesteihin niiden tulojärjestyksessä. Pyrimme vastaamaan viimeistään kolmen arkipäivän kuluessa kun olemme saaneet viestin.

Formula Karting Centres International (Finland) Oy 1025048-4 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. Product prices include value-added tax.

Ordering
Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is submitted by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout section of the online store. By placing an order you accept these terms of delivery, the product prices, and the delivery costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation includes the ordered products and their prices.
Payment
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment receiver on your bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and selectable in the shopping cart.
Delivery
We deliver your order to the email address you have provided. Please ensure that the email address is written correctly and remember to check your spam folder in case the message does not appear within 24 hours. Contact our customer service if you have not received your ordered products within 24 hours.
Returns
Customers of the online store have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the products in an order. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact the online store to request return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and bank account number for possible refunds.
Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects and Complaints
Before the order is delivered, it may be cancelled by sending a written notification by email (info@vmkarting.com). We reply to emails in the order they are received. We aim to respond within three business days after receiving your message.
