Ever dreamed of making motorsport your hobby but don’t know where to start?

Sprint Cup rounds are held every other Monday between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Check-in closes at 6:30 pm. If you haven’t arrived and checked in by then, you lose your booking.

Races are always run on the ‘PRO’ power setting, and karts are assigned electronically by the timing system, so you can’t pick your kart. Drivers’ own video recordings are not accepted or used in judging.

Through the Sprint Cup rounds you can also earn SWS points.

Don’t forget to register separately as an SWS driver if you don’t have a profile yet (mandatory for all participants)!

Entry fee: €60 / driver when booked in advance, or €65 / driver when bought on the spot on the same day.

* 14-year-olds can take part if they turn 15 during the current calendar year.

Qualifying: 5 min
Sprint 1: 10 min
Sprint 2: 10 min
Final: 10 min

The night kicks off with qualifying (5 min), which sets the starting order for the first Sprint race. The Sprint races (8 min) work as both races and qualifying for the next race. Sprint results are decided by finishing order, while the fastest lap time sets your grid spot for the Final (12 min). Each round fits a maximum of 36 drivers. If there are 18 drivers or fewer, the round is run as a single group.

In the Sprint Cup category, driver weights are balanced to 85 kg with physical ballast weights fitted to the karts.

Up to 21 kg of weight plates can be added to the front of the karts. This means your race weight (body weight + driving gear) must be at least 64 kg to reach the minimum. Drivers are responsible for meeting the race weight, and everyone is weighed after every run. A run is disqualified if the minimum weight isn’t met.

Your own weight solutions (weight bench/vest or ankle weights) are accepted if your race weight plus the kart ballast isn’t enough to reach the minimum (85 kg). All extra weight solutions must be secure and safe, and must be approved before the event and before use.
